- This card can be Special Summoned with "Cyber-Stein" and "Summoner of Illusions".
- "Skull Knight" can be Fusion Summoned with "Super Polymerization".
- After equipping "Demotion" to "Skull Knight" on the field, you can also equip it with "Fusion Weapon" to enhance its ATK and DEF.
- Since this card is a Spellcaster-Type monster, cards such as "Wonder Wand" and "Diffusion Wave-Motion" can be effective with it, under the right circumstances.
- You can also Tribute this card with "Eradicator Epidemic Virus" to activate its effect, since it is a DARK monster with over 2500 ATK.
- This card can be returned to the Extra Deck by using "De-Fusion" on it, then have "Tainted Wisdom" and "Ancient Brain" back on your side of the field. "Skull Knight" or the aforementioned Fusion Material Monsters that you Special Summoned from the Graveyard can also be used as Xyz Material for the Xyz Summon of a Rank 3 or Rank 7 monster.
