Yes, Soul Drain stops cards like D.D. Survivor (activates in Banished Zone) and cards like Treeborn Frog (activates in Graveyard).

It does not stop Card Car D/Lonefire Blossom/Exiled Force/etc, as they activate on the field. These will also not be negated by Skill Drain.

I would like to know if Drill Warrior is affected by this when he comes out of the banished, i do know that when he is banished into he has no worries, but when he comes out is he still stuck in the banished with no effect? Thane.eium (talk • contribs) 23:28, April 27, 2012 (UTC)

Similar to Stardust Dragon/D.D. Survivor, Drill Warrior has a Trigger Effect that Special Summons it back. It stops it too, so it can be added to the page. -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 01:58, April 28, 2012 (UTC)
