- This monster appears in the artwork of "D/D/D Advance".
- This is the first monster to use 「シーザー」 (Shīzā) in its Japanese name, which is the anglicized pronunciation of "Caesar" read as "see-zar". Most cards before it use 「カイザー」 (Kaīzā), the original German/Roman/Greek pronunciation of "Caesar" read as "kai-zer".
- Keeping with the theme of the other "D/D/D" monsters, this card is named after Gaius Julius Caesar who was the dictator of Rome, and a brilliant military strategist. He also spent time in the navy which may explain why this monster's Attribute is WATER.
- This monster has an upgraded form: "D/D/D Wave High King Caesar".
