Card Trivia:Earthbound Greater Linewalker
- This is one of the cover cards of Legendary Duelists: Season 3.
- This monster has a weaker counterpart: "Earthbound Linewalker".
- This monster is based on Rex Goodwin and his appearance as an antagonist in the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime and manga:
- This monster's appearance is based on Rex Goodwin after he became a Dark Signer, whose body bulked up incredibly and gained markings on his face and his exposed upper body.
- This monster's glowing left arm is a reference to Rex's left arm, which had the Head Mark of the Crimson Dragon. His left forearm originally belonged to his brother, Roman Goodwin, who severed it and gave it to Rex before he caused the Zero Reverse incident prior to the beginning of the anime. Later, Rex lost his original left forearm during the Daedalus Bridge incident and replaced it with a mechanical arm, but eventually destroyed it to attach Rex's forearm in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's episode Signs of Doom, Part 1". 62: "
- This monster's black hair is a reference to the manga version of Rex Goodwin, whose white hair turned dark after acquiring the power of the Ultimate God.
- In the manga, 5000 years prior to the story, Rex was a Duel Priest in his adulthood, which is reflected in this monster's Japanese name, "Earthbound Super Priest".
- This monster's appearance is based on Rex Goodwin after he became a Dark Signer, whose body bulked up incredibly and gained markings on his face and his exposed upper body.
- This monster's Special Summoning effect if the player has a Synchro Monster on the field and in the Graveyard is a reference to Rex's strategy in the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime, where he summons both "Sun Dragon Inti" and "Moon Dragon Quilla", and having one on the field and one in the Graveyard, since they each had an effect to revive the other when destroyed.
- This monster's effect to change the opponent's Life Points to 3000 is a reference to the anime effect of Rex's "Earthbound Immortal", "Wiraqocha Rasca", which can change the opponent's Life Points to 1 by skipping the Battle Phase of his turn.
- This would work in conjunction with "Wiraqocha Rasca", as this monster's ATK is 2900, which would leave the opponent with 100 Life Points if this card attacked them directly, and would allow the effect of "Wiraqocha Rasca" to attack the opponent directly.
