- This monster appears in the artworks of "Guard Plus", "Wonder Xyz", and "Zerozerock".
- This monster's Japanese name is pronounced as "Ganbaranaito" which can be roughly translated as "I must do my best" or "if I don't do my best".
- Despite the numerous times this monster appeared in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime, its effect was never used. It shares this trait with "Zubaba Knight", another one of Yuma Tsukumo's first monsters.
- Strangely, in Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V Tag Force Special, Yuma has an attack quote for this monster, despite this card having 0 ATK and having never attacked in the anime.
