Counterpart[edit]

Does anyone here think that this card is a counterpart of "Magna Drago"? They look nothing alike. --Tapper930 (talkcontribs) 21:11, July 6, 2010 (UTC)

As I said before, only because they don't look like each other that, this doesn't mean they aren't counterparts. But since you won't listen to me, I hope someone else says this to you. By snetonobre. —This unsigned comment was made by Snetonobre (talkcontribs) 21:16, 6 July 2010 (UTC)
I think snetonobre mean by their stat. Dread and Magna have level 2, they're tuner, they're dragon, and ever Fire-Attribute. Only difference - Their effect text as Dread give you new Dragon that is level 3 or lower, while Magna gain power each time it damaged your opponent's Life Points. I know that their figures are difference too. --FredCat100 (talkcontribs) 21:30, July 6, 2010 (UTC)
But that doesn't make them counterparts. There are a number of cards with similar stats. To be a counterpart, the artist had to make it with another card in mind to purposely make them counterparts.--Tapper930 (talkcontribs) 21:41, July 6, 2010 (UTC)
Huh... Wrong! Why most people I met are so stuborn. By snetonobre. —This unsigned comment was made by Snetonobre (talkcontribs) 17:32, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
I don't think they were intentionally given similar stats... or at least there's no evidence that they were. It's not unlikely that Konami made the two cards separately and they ended up having the same stats independently. A similar case is "Ancient Elf" and "Sorcerer of the Doomed". If they're counterparts, they have to intentionally be made similar, not be coincidentally similar. -- Deltaneos (talk) 22:49, July 7, 2010 (UTC)
Only because they're not intentionally made with similar stats, this doesn't make them less counterparts than anyother counterpart.
Stats have nothing to do with being a counterpart.--Tapper930 (talkcontribs) 17:19, July 9, 2010 (UTC)
Of course they have, you idiot!. And remember to put all your signature, Tap. By snetonobre.
Look, a counterpart isn't a counterpart unless they are intentionally made that way. What you're saying would make "Black Salvo" and "Ally of Justice Cycle Reader" counterparts. --Tapper930 (talkcontribs) 17:19, July 9, 2010 (UTC)
Listen here (Read here, better saying. I mean writing). I agree that the two mentioned aren't counterparts. But the two mentioned haven't been made to be used in the same Deck, while Dread Dragon and Magna Drago can easily be used to athe same Deck. And they are counterparts, intentionally or no! Oh so pride and stuborn you are never gonna admit that I'm right. If isn't I'm already doing too much things I would edit not only Dread Dragon's Trivia, but Magna Drago Trivia too, so that they both would say that they are counterparts intentionally made or no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By snetonobre.
Look, could we just agree to disagree and drop this Snetonobre.--Tapper930 (talkcontribs) 21:18, July 10, 2010 (UTC)
Okay then. By Snetonobre.
