For example, can I use Effect Veiler to negate Apoqliphort Towers' effects? Will Apoqliphort Towers' effect that it is unaffected by Effect Veiler makes its effects will not be negated, or Effect Veiler will negate that effect, then all of Apoqliphort Towers' effect will be negated? Effect Veiler can't negate Apoqliphort Towers' effect at all, since Veiler is an effect that activates and is a lower level than Towers, it fizzles out. Jet-Black Nova (talk • contribs) 05:14, December 21, 2014 (UTC)
