I see what you are going for with this deck. However there are some cards that don't have that will be really helpful. Cut the tuners down to about 6-8. Quickdraw will do most of synchroing but you should add a Plaguespreader and Gale. You need 3x Drill Warrior, 3x Turbo Warrior, 3x Nitro Warrior and 2x Junk Archers for good measure. Use 1 or 2 Tuning to bring Quickdraw faster to your hand and 2x Pot of Avarice for faster monster recovery. You can use Card Trooper also to mill cards like Plaguespreader or Dandylion to the graveyard. Quickdraw will be the heart of the synchroing, the quicker you can retrieve him the better. You will also need defensive cards like Enemy Controller or Synchro Material to steal opponents monsters. You can make quite a formidable Quickdraw deck. I hope you find ideas helpful.
