- The most obvious change would be to remove Plasma since it doesn't work with E-Heroes and you don't have any Destiny heroes. Bluedog187 00:31, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
i have to disagree with you on removing plasma, though he is a destiny hero that does not work with E heros pe persents no disadvantages, basically he is a method of controling my opps field and doing some heavy damage. with out a doubt he is a very useful monster and in there for the fact that he can be searched and summoned in most tough situations. not only is he a fairly powerful card he is also useful at combatting some current monsters being used such as DAD and judgement dragon.--The-Mad-Fletch 01:03, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
- Ah. I see what you mean, I'm sorry, I got a little mixed up with Plasma and Dogma's effects. Bluedog187 01:16, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
- What about adding Evil Hero Infernal Prodigy? Bluedog187 01:17, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
- putting in an infernal prodigy could possibly be an advantage as a very small wall but i wont be able to fully utilise it as i only have one monster in the deck that needs a tribute to normal summon. more than likely i most probably will find that ill have a monster on the field for most of the game so im not particuly sure if i will be able to use its effect that often either. it is a good idea tho i might put it in.
Have you considered using the destiny hero draw engine: Destiny Hero - Disk Commander Destiny Hero - Fear Monger Destiny Hero - Dasher Destiny Draw
if you are continually recycling Elemental Hero Stratos you can quickly add the destiny heroes to your hand and pitch to the grave to get a bit of extra power and having Dasher in the grave will give you an additional advantage.
If you also run Card of Safe Return you can get an awesome advantage
if you do run the D-Hero Draw engine then you should definitely consider putting in a Destiny Hero - Dogma just for some big field and life point advantage.

- sorry but this deck was made to try and keep below the £100 mark, adding expensive D-hero cards would bump the cost up dramatically destroying the idea of a Budget city. most of the card that are in this can be obtained in low raritys, it is also possible to make this deck with cards of super and under with the exseption of plasma and ocean (at least untill its reprinted in the new champion pack)--The-Mad-Fletch 20:53, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
