If a monster's effect prevents it from being destroyed by battle, and is attacked by a stronger monster while in attack position, does its owner still take battle damage?

Kearowind 01:58, March 3, 2010 (UTC)if it is in attack mode then yes all the battle damage rules still apply to monsters who cannot be destroyed by battle. damage calculation is applied normally but the only difference is that the monster is not destroyed. that's why you generally keep them in defense position unless you are attacking or want to recieve damage (ie. dimension wall)
