does i miss timing if i have b whirl wind on the field???

could you explain this to me??
could you explain the chaining of this situation to me because a judge at my local says that i get to only choose only one card to activate....saying that if i act" the blw bliz affect i get no blw wind plus....or i get a plus i get no blw blz effect....
please help me on this....so i can tell that jugde that he is wrong...hehehe...???
- Black Whirlwind: When a "Blackwing" monster is Normal Summoned to your side of the Field, you can add 1 "Blackwing" monster from your Deck to your hand that has less ATK than that monster.
- Blackwing - Blizzard the Far North: This card cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Blackwing" monster from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position.
Both Trigger Effects are responding to the same action (the Normal Summon of the BW monster). Through the mechanics of SEGOC, they will form a chain. Falzar FZ 01:19, January 10, 2010 (UTC)
