No matter how many times I read it, I still do not understand the effect of Tactical Espionage Expert, so could someone please explain his effect to me? Thanks in advance! Bluedog 05:38, 28 September 2008 (UTC)
- You cannot activate Trap Cards in response to the summoning of this card. That means you can't play Trap Hole type cards or Torrential Tribute, or other traps that would be played in response to a summoning. Danny Lilithborne 12:54, 28 September 2008 (UTC)

- A simple way to think about it: if it would still be possible for a player to activate "Trap Hole" to destroy "Tactical Espionage Expert", then the player can't activate a Trap Card. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 20:37, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
