Forum:Cards like Illusion Snatch and Mobius Combo

Hello, i once saw a forum about a supposed combo Mobius the Frost Monarch and Illusion Snatch which goes like this: You tribute summon Mobius, and choose to activate his optional effect to destroy 2 trap cards, but your opponent has a hidden Starlight Road which he might use against it. The page i saw said that you can chain Illusion to Mobius' summon since it also is used at the point during a monster is summoned, that you are allowed to do this before starlight road is activated, meaning this trap cannot be used in this scenario. How legit is this strategy, and why? Also, if we replace the summoning of Mobius with Dark Dust Spirit whose destruction effect is not optional, how would it work in that case? To finish, this small question number 2: Why cards like Mirror Force can be chained by a player during attack declaration, but cards like Kagetokage cannot be chained to each other upon a monster's summon? 1. Starlight Road can only be activated if it chains directly to the mons eff. If Mobius/Dark Dust Spirit is placed in Chain link 1 and Illusory Snatcher is in chain link 2, Starlight Road cannot chain directly to Mobius/Dark Dust Spirit, so it cannot activate.

2. You can only activate 1 mons eff that special summon itself from hand (Kagetokage, Tragoedia, Gorz, etc.) per chain.

Ok, so just to be sure: when Mobius / Dark dust spirit's effct are placed on chain link 1, why cannot the opponent chain starlight road to it before the player can use illusion snatch?
