Forum:Constellar + Double summon

I know you can't stack constellar extra summon effects. (Except Maybe sombres until they figure that junk out. Or did they already?)

But for the longest Time I've been wondering if all or any of the constellar summon effects can be staced with double summon?

The only thing I can find online so far is this:

Seems to make sense that it does. I just want clarification. Basically can I pollox + double summon to get 3 normal summons?

Well for one, you can only use Sombres once per turn. I think that's on the first line of the card. I'm not sure on how much the line in brackets regards as the same effect. Both allow an extra summon, but Pollux specifies 'Constellar' monsters, and doesn't contain the 'in addition to your Normal Summon' part. I'd think you can use both in the same turn, mostly because of the last part about the word 'additional'. DexxIsBack (talkcontribs) 01:59, June 16, 2013 (UTC)

Yes, Pollox and Double Summon can get you 3 Normal Summons. Go see http://yugioh.tcgplayer.com/db/article.asp?ID=3171, those articles are written by a Konami Judge himself, and are a good place to go with info. Anyway, when you get to the article page, Ctrl+F search for Constellar Polux. --Dark Ace SP (Talk) 02:23, June 16, 2013 (UTC)
I can't help but doubt rulings given from judges about tricky situations after the entire Pollux/Castor debacle, but Joe is one that actually makes sense with his rulings. DexxIsBack (talkcontribs) 03:34, June 17, 2013 (UTC)
