"TCG Rulings

  • "Dark Armed Dragon" can still be Special Summoned while there are non-DARK monsters in your Graveyard.[1]
  • "Dark Armed Dragon's" effect that destroys 1 card is an Ignition Effect. Removing 1 DARK monster from play is a cost.[1]
  • "Dark Armed Dragon" cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard, even if it was properly Summoned beforehand.[1] "

there you go, point 3,~-Resk 23:33, February 2, 2010 (UTC)

Well say you special summon the dark creator with dark armed as one out of five, you remove one and special dark armed, would that work. because you are meeting his summoning conditions are you not? — This unsigned comment was made by Darkd99 (talkcontribs) 23:38, February 2, 2010

No, as: 1) summoning conditions are conditions to be summoned from the hand (unless it says otherwise)

& 2) "* "Dark Armed Dragon" cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard, even if it was properly Summoned beforehand.[1] ""~-Resk 23:50, February 2, 2010 (UTC)

"Dark Armed Dragon" cannot be Special Summoned, under any circumstance. The only exception is through its Summoning Condition, which allows you to Special Summon it from your hand while you have exactly three DARK monsters in your Graveyard.
The effect of "The Dark Creator" is not "Dark Armed Dragon"'s Summon Condition, so it doesn't work.
Also, remember to sign your posts with four tildes ~~~~, since that automatically creates a signature for you.

would shadow imprisoning mirror work?...

It would stop his effect to blow up some cards here and there.--Helix-king 06:02, February 4, 2010 (UTC)
