ok im kinda of a seasond player at this game and i need some deck suggestions i really dont have access to alot of the newer cards but i need to be able to stand against a a chaos emperor dragon and yata combo deck heres what i have as a deck

ok now i need some suggestions on how to make this deck better and to be able to stop the yata lock the chaos dragon and yata yasru combo from happening and maybe even make this a beat down deck i really like spell casters and dragons
Changes to be made
how many cards are in your deck? I think you should get rid of the labyrinth card. You will have to probably have to make a deck filled with water type monsters if you expect good results with umi.
- Sorry, but maybe you should buy some new cards. There's just too much going on with this deck. Remove a couple of the high-level monsters and add in cards like Ancient Rules. And take out Umi;you don't have enough WATER monsters to make it work for you. Soul Release is a good idea, though. Bluedog187 16:19, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
yeah this particualr deck was designd around the water starter deck but it knda morphed into this over time ive been working on a dragon and spellacster deck but i need to combo ideas
Just so you know... Chaos Emperor Dragon and Yata Garasu are banned, sob why did it have to be yata???

- There are a lot of banned cards in advanced format in here, unless he's making a traditional format - which I'm not familiar with. Chris427 20:34, 27 July 2008 (UTC)
yeah we play traditional format the advanced is way to restrictive
