I've been playing YuGiOh since nearly the beginning. I've seen many changes, some good, some bad. Ever since the ban list came into effect, I've been trying to build the best deck I can. I used to use Black Luster Soldier — Envoy of the Beginning and I revolved my deck around him. So here's my recent deck. Please feel free to give any constructive criticism and advice.

Hmmm...

I don't see how this is much of a pure equipment deck..... As a matter of fact, I just made an Equip deck on my Stardust 09 game, revolving around the fun little Armed Samurai Ben Kei. The game doesn't have any Raging Battle cards though, and I give you points for Videon. Holy Crap that works out well. There are a few cards I don't get though.

Monsters:

Why the Monarchs? You shouldn't need to tribute summon, especially if the monsters you already have are jacked up with Equips. I don't see how you plan on using Wulf, except with the Foolish Burial. I also think you have severe lack of the card I mentioned before, Armed Samurai Ben Kai. This card can pull severe OTKs and FTKs if your opponent isn't extremely prepared. And to search those weapons, I recommend Iron Blacksmith Kotetsu. He adds a card to your hand when he gets smacked, and that card will be the perfect tool to smack them back. Maha Vailo (Or whatever it's called), is a substitute for when you don't have Videon, and is a level four to summon the Power Tool Dragon. I also think there should be another Marauding Captain, just to pull out Summoner Monk faster, and as support for United we Stand. Night Assailant should also go. It's destruction effect is too slow, and you don't have any Flips to bring back. I also don't understand why Chaos-End Master and [[Sphere of Chaos]] are here. Chaos End Master may be a Tuner, but Scopen is enough, even with only one target.

Spells:

Mage Power is good, and so is United We Stand. Shooting Star Bow is okay, but it only works good with Armed Samurai Ben Kei Forbidden Chalice isn't very reliable, Gold Sarc is good, and Pot of Avarice is debatable, but I guess it's okay. Reborn is, of course, always nice, A Feather of the Pheonix isn't very good, since you lose two cards using it, and if your opponent counters what you selected, you end up screwing your next draw. This doesn't seem to be much of a graveyard based deck, so Foolish Burial won't be doing much. MST is good, but I don't see Giant Trunade, which is a standard start to an OTK. Fires of Doomsday confuses me as well, where are the Dark monsters you are tribute summoning? For more equip cards, I recommend Big Bang Shot, it gives Videon, Armed Samurai, and Vailo Trample, and counts as a great Equip card. You could also use Fighting Spirit, it works really well against a swarm deck.

Traps:

Sorry, but almost ever—ything here has to go. Judgement of Anubis is a very rare chance to pull off. Divine Wrath is okay but Forced Back needs to go. It just gives them the monster to use next turn. Gravity Bind seems pointless, since a lot of your monsters are level four. Replace it with a coulple Threataning Roar. They can be chained to Heavy Storm, just in cse you might lose all of your Equips.
