Can "Light and Darkness Dragon" negate the effect of "Exodia the Forbidden One" after you have all the Exodia pieces?
No. As stated on the rulings page for "Exodia the Forbidden One", "the winning condition of Exodia is a fundamental rule and cannot be countered." (Since the effect of "Exodia the Forbidden One" cannot be countered, "Light and Darkness Dragon" will not lose 500 ATK/DEF...although I'm not sure that's important.)
Net Effect: No. The player with all five pieces of Exodia in his/her hand wins the game.
