Dimensional Fissure, D.D. Survivor, and D.D. Scout Plane for the first engine.

Apprentice Magician and Old Vindictive Magician make the second engine. Apprentice Magician brings out Old Vindictive Magician and then I flip to destroy 1 oppent monster and then tribute it to summon a Monarch.

These two engines give me a full tribute folder for my Monarch cards. Axe of Despair will bring one of my Monarch to 3400 ATK and my first engine, the DD Engine, will allow me to bring my Axe of Despair back to the top of my deck.

Soul Exchange is a stable of the Monarch deck.

Reinforcement of the Army will allow me to get my D.D. Survivor or Strike Ninja from my deck, and Monster Reborn will allow me to save it from the graveyard if they end up there. Soul Release and Strike Ninja allow me to save my D.D. Survivor and D.D. Scout Plane from the graveyard.

Instant Fusion is the Mausoleum of the Emperor of this deck. I pay 1000 LP to bring out a Level 5 fusion monster and tribute it. It is better then Mausoleum of the Emperor because I will get the effect of the Monarch and my oppent does not get the chance to pay 1000 LP for his high level monster.

THE FIXS I NEED IS TO FIX THE TRAPS IN THE DECK. THEY TEND TO SLOW ME DOWN, AND Level Eater SLOWS ME DOWN ALSO

You shouldn't use Soul Release. D.D. Scout Plane and Survivor come back during the End Phase of the turn, meaning that it will just create vulnerable monsters. Instead, you should use two more Strike Ninja. If Level Eater slows you down then don't use it. Your Monarchs should be Caius, Mobius, and Raiza (any combination of 5-8 that you can afford). Dimensional Fissure stops Apprentice Magician and leaves you with no fodder for Strike Ninja. You shouldn't use both those and D-Fissure. Axe of Despair is a so-so card that isn't worth using. Add Dark Hole and Giant Trunade and replace Instant Fusion with Mausoleum of the Emperor-it gets rid of a Field Spell, most good decks don't use Tribute monsters anymore, and it can be used more than once. Add two more Mausoleums and take out Compulsory and Waboku. Add Mirror Force, Solemn Judgment, and Torrential Tribute and remove Trap Hole. Replace Trap Dustshoot and Magic Cylinder with Bottomless Trap Hole.BobaFett2 (talk)

Dimensional Fissure DOES NOT stops Apprentice Magician, Apprentice Magician SAYS "When this card is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Spellcaster-Type monster from your Deck in face-down Defense Position." nothing about the graveyard. I do not know what to replace Level Eater with. I do not play Soul Release till I get Dimensional Fissure on the feild, so when I use Soul Release it keeps my DD cards from the graveyard. Mausoleum of the Emperor does not give my Monarch's effects. Axe of Despair is just to take one of my Monarchs to 3400 Atk points. 74.185.224.6 (talk) 02:32, June 25, 2011 (UTC)

It appears that I'm wrong about the Apprentice Magician. However, Soul Release is not as good as Strike Ninja. You should use Strike Ninja instead of Soul Release. You shouldn't use Axe of Despair because you don't need it-Monarchs are able to get rid of anything without needing equip spells. I guess I'm wrong about Mausoleum too...Level Eater doesn't work because you use Dimensional Fissure. Don't mix both in the same deck, that's all.BobaFett2 (talk)

More Monarchs. Also, you should use some better Spells and Traps (suggestions above).BobaFett2 (talk)

I am makeing the changes to spell and traps you suggstied (Adding Mirror Force, Solemn Judgment, and Torrential Tribute and Bottemless Trap hole). I can only get my hands on 5 Monarchs(between the people I know I can only trade to get 1 Caius, Granmarg, Mobuus, Riza, and Zaborg) I would love to run 8 (3 Caius, 3 Riza, 2 Mobuus) but I don't know people who have then to trade.

soul release

It's good you took out soul release because it doesn't work with survivor. Survivor has to be removed from the field in order for its effect to activate.
