TCG
If "Fortune Lady Light" is returned from the field to your hand, you can activate its effect. (If it was face-down, you must show it to your opponent) [1]
OCG
* If "Fortune Lady Light" is face-down on the field and is removed from the field face-down, then its effect does not activate and you cannot Special Summon another "Fortune Lady" monster.[6]
1)FLL's rulings are different for OCG and TCG so, if I'm playing the TCG, and I use compulsory on a face down FLL, it's effect will activate right?
2)If my opponent Torential tributes when I have a facedown FLL, will it's effect activate?
3)If my opponent use's divine wrath in response to this situation when FLL is in my hand, does FLL go to the graveyard?
4)Does FLL's effect work when my opponent uses wing blast on faceup FLL? When it is facedown?
5)If I have FLL on the field and I use summoner monk's effect to get FL watery, do I draw 2 cards?

- To my knowledge, in the TCG, most judges are ruling it that if a face-down "Fortune Lady Light" is removed from the field, then its effect won't activate, unless it is returned to the hand.
- 1) Correct, the effect will activate in the TCG. The effect won't activate in the OCG.
- 2) No. "Fortune Lady Light" was not returned to the hand.
- 3) Yes, "Fortune Lady Light" will be sent to the Graveyard.
- 4) No to both. The effect of "Fortune Lady Light" can't activate in the Deck, since cards in the Deck don't have effects. It is similar to "Yubel - Terror Incarnate".
- 5) Yes. Why wouldn't it?
- 6) Yes. "Junk Synchron" only negates effects which activate on the field. The effect of "Fortune Lady Light" activates in the hand (or where ever it ends up after it is removed from the field).

SO If my opponent uses Caiusf effect to remove my face down FLL, I won't get it's effect?
And If I summon Junk synchron while I have a faceup Fortune visions, and activate JS's effect to SS FLL, will FLL get removed and get it's effect?24.193.88.193 01:13, January 16, 2010 (UTC)
- Correct, the effect of "Fortune Lady Light" won't activate.
- Do you mean "Future Visions"? In that case, "Fortune Lady Light" remains on the field, since "Future Visions" only removes from play monsters that were Normal Summoned, not Special Summoned.
- The effect of "Junk Synchron" and "Future Visions" will both activate, and will form a Chain according to SEGOC. "Future Visions" (mandatory) is Chain Link 1, and "Junk Synchron" (optional) is Chain Link 2. Resolving backwards, "Fortune Lady Light" is Special Summoned, and then "Junk Synchron" is removed from play.
