i think hes cool because he has inadvertent effects (second mouth) (and his attack base). it takes an expert to use him properly, rather than just being able to place them in a deck. the sheer qualities of being a god (uncounterable attacks, and almost completely-limited enemy resistance) makes him so freakin cool.

Slifer the undefeatable

my fav god card is slifer the sky dragon as I own him in real :) me and my bro use the effects of the gods used in anime and it always comes to this: my slifer has never been defeated! slifers deadly - 2000 attack or defence is even more deadly with the card called MASK OF RESTRICT. then they can only summon low lev monsters and all monsters die as they don't have enough attack to survive slifers special ;) but of course, summon slifer first and then activate mask of restrict... totally Loooove that combo

• I love me some Oshirisu no Tenkūryū (Slifer the Sky Dragon). It would be nice to have a playable version of him, but I'm not sure we'll get one. -- Sub 16:57, 30 January 2009 (UTC)

hmmm...

used to own three sets of three. Traded them all away. No point in owning cards you can't use in a tournament, in my opinion. Might as well use a pine cone and assign it 6500 ATK. So, cool to have just for the sake of owning them (besides, they're cool looking) but I don't try to play them. as for favorites, Obelisk all the way.

Everybody knows that...

Well, everybody knows that Slifer is undefeatable in combo with Mask of Restrict (the guy up there somewhere posted the same combo as I did for a long time ago :@) but I don't care about the effects of the Gods, they can't be used in a duel anyway... So it all comes down to the looking off the 3 of them, then the winged dragon of ra will be unbeatable just because he is AWESOME --Dark-Magician 15:57, 6 March 2009 (UTC)

Obelisk the Tormentor

Well is evident that the greatest of all three god cards is Rah, but never the less Obelisk the Tormentor is the Coolest for its special abilities and of course he has a awesome ATk and Def points (Slyfer by the other hand depends to much in the cards in your hand). The Winged Dragon is a powerful asset as well but it’s very dependable, anyways there is no way to play with those cards to begin with but think a little and realize why Obelisk Blue is the Mightiest Dorm in GX?

Slifer's attacks are beast! I love these cards!
