Allure is kinda dead when you get it with only 3 targets after which you only have 2 targets for the 2 D-draws. Dead draws there. Same with 3 cards of consonance with only 3 targets. You have way more toon dragons than needed, just play 1. Replace with 1 more D-draw/allure/trade-in target(lvl8 destiny heros). Add 2 royal magical libraries, extra draws there. I'd drop magical stone excavation, nothing really that i would want to get back. Where are your 3 upstart goblins? Replace excavation.

-2 Blue eyes toon
-2 Magical stone excavation
-1 Hand Destruction(just my preference)
-1 Cards of Consonance
+3 Upstart goblin
+1 D-hero Plasma
+2 Royal Magical Library

Is this a FTK Deck? If it is, you should be using "Into the Void". I also suggest "Mystic Piper" or "Elemental HERO Stratos" for your single Normal Summon, plus one "Pot of Duality", instead of Excavation.
