if FL windy is played and future vision affect activate would windy effect would count it self or would future vision affect would have remove it from the field before it can include it self?

I believe since FL wind is still normal summon her effect still activates (her priotity), then she'll be removed from Future Vision. --207.200.116.136 16:06, September 30, 2009 (UTC)-Black_Rabies

The effects of "Fortune Lady Wind" and "Future Visions" would activate at the same time, so they both activate and form a Chain according to SEGOC. "Future Visions" (mandatory) is Chain Link 1, and "Fortune Lady Wind" (optional) is Chain Link 2. "Fortune Lady Wind" resolves first and destroys Spell/Trap Cards, and then "Future Visions" removes her from play. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 04:07, October 5, 2009 (UTC)

Still, I think according to the Chain sequence rulings, Priority Effects take the lead, meaning that Fortune Lady Wind will not count herself in that case. You need other Fortune Lady on the field at the time Future Visions effect activated. The same thing happen to Necroface, as it's effect chained first so it'll return to the deck before it's first effect's (the normal summon one) activation. 202.70.55.141 19:42, October 5, 2009 (UTC)

In both cases, the effects activate and form a Chain; see SEGOC for how to build the Chain. "Necroface" has a mandatory effect, so you may place it as Chain Link 1 and "Future Visions" as Chain Link 2, or you may put it the other way around. "Fortune Lady Wind" has an optional effect, so you must place mandatory effects (like "Future Visions") beneath it in the Chain.
There is no such thing as a "Priority Effect". The effect of "Fortune Lady Wind" is a Trigger Effect, so you do not use Priority to activate it; the effect activates automatically when "Fortune Lady Wind" is Summoned.
