When you return Galaxy-Eye Photon Dragon and the other monster, is that a Speial Summon? SwordoftheSpirit (talk • contribs) 20:48, May 31, 2013 (UTC)
- If it doesn't say it's a Special Summon, it's not a Special Summon. This sort of effect is not unique by the way; see "Junk Archer". --UltimateKuriboh (talk • contribs) 20:55, May 31, 2013 (UTC)
