Green Baboons rulings page says that you can't summon multiple copies, even if multiple copies are in your hand/graveyard. I'm guessing that has to do with missing the timing. So, I was wondering, if I have Ancient Crimson Ape and another beast on the field, and the other beast is destroyed by a card effect, can I still use Green Baboons effect, or will it miss the timing because of Ancients healing effect? - There is a game mechanic which says that you can only special summon only 1 monsters with trigger effect that can be special summoned from the hand when they meet their trigger condition.
- Both Green Baboon, Defender of the Forest and Ancient Crimson Ape will form a chain in your example!
