Forum:In the end of 5D's

So, as i speak, one day after the NAS-4Kids war begun, 5D's will air it's last two episodes in one day. It seems like it was just yesterday that every was wondering why they were creating a new serie when the forth one wasnt in 4kids yet(wich wont be ever, lets face it); with ´´tutor´´ monsters and synchro monsters(tutor is how ppl used to call the tuner monsters b4 they got the officla name).

5D's made me a new life, it gave me so many things that i cant count them, cause, if u think about it, there are so few things that 5D's doesnt have, for example an 154th episode. So, in the end of this long road, i ask YOU what did u get from 5D's, how will u remember it, what did it change in you, how did it make u feel when u heard it started/ended? or in fact, of all things u saw in 5D's, what do u think will apply to your life? If there's anything it has taught me, it's that even the most ridiculous-sounding ideas on paper (card games on motorcycles!!) can be done well. --Gadjiltron (talkcontribs) 03:09, March 30, 2011 (UTC)

well everybody has experienced or is to experience the the situation yusei is in during the last eps. Most people are puzzled about their future when it gets to a certain stage.188.221.224.25 (talk) 19:24, March 30, 2011 (UTC)

That Yusei's relationship status with everyone is at the age of a 5 year old. Seriously, he just stares at Aki, and high fives everyone on their way out. What is this? Also, what does Yusei do in his future, we know what everyone else does, yet Yusei just chills in Neo Domino, shame but oh well. All I can say is that 5D's brought me back to yugioh because of an easier way to summon monsters and the reliability of low level monsters. 71.194.60.36 (talk) 00:14, March 31, 2011 (UTC)

  • I'm Going to Miss the Good Old Days when my Friends and I would Compete on becoming the First Person to Get all 5 Signer Dragons. I'm Going to Miss Watching People Dueling on Motocycles (I Thought it was Pretty Cool). I'm Going to Miss YuGiOh 5D's. --User:002517 (talkcontribs) 11:07, March 31, 2011 (UTC)
    • I'm Going to Remember it by Building a "Yusei" Themed Deck! --User:002517 (talkcontribs) 11:09, March 31, 2011 (UTC)

i thought of doing that 2, but in 3 months ill remember about yusei and i'll just start to miss it again and again. i may remember it by using a MT deck in nationals with the 6 dragons in it, and hopefully i will summon one against a deck that uses Exceed Monsters, just so i can say this is how we did it in my time XD. What was the monster that Aki and Yusei romantically saw?

I see a lot of petals with one possible dragon head, looks resembles Quasar. Any possibilities of an OVA? I mean, Aki doesn't have a large role in summoning Shooting Quasar Dragon.

its just a tv show not some life changing miracle freakin weebos Raiga (talkcontribs) 15:48, April 1, 2011 (UTC)

Did someone say... "weeaboo"? 'Cause I'm pretty sure someone said "weeaboo"! --Gadjiltron (talkcontribs) 01:45, April 2, 2011 (UTC)

It's not just a tv show.Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's has changed our lives.I've grown up with 5D's and it's a part of me now.......!!!!

Tottaly agree with the guy above, anime & manga creators work for the money, but they have no idea of the impact those series have on the viewer. Yes, im Pato (talkcontribs) 19:35, April 1, 2011 (UTC)

An anime show will change my life? WTF? It sounds kinda corny to me, but I guess it changed something (but not my life in general):

  • It changed my play style in Yugioh. C'mon! With all those hype around sychros who in the world that plays Yugioh will not get hooked by it?
  • It changed my view about the duels in the anime franchise. In the previous animes, summoning a monster that has more than 1900 atk will be praised (even how pathetic that monster is). In 5d's Yusei can summon "Shooting Star Dragon" in one turn in a very technical ways (that look pretty easy to do but actually hard to pull off).
  • Motorcycles? Will children who watched this be motivated to learn how to ride a motorcycle for the sake of dueling with their friends (who are children also)? But then again... it looks cool in the screen. It changed my concept of it being a "children's card game".
  • I gotta admit that 5D's did a heck of a good job even though it was panned in the beginning and the series were quite 'short'. It finally changed my outlook to get back at playing Yugioh. Praise D!!!

I think Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D'S is the best series after "Duel Monster"!It was very amazing with his teaches and with his Riding Duels

Great anime but more could have been included. I like how the ending is realistic not like GX where jaden just wonders off. Its realistic because everyone has their own future and they just cant they in team 5d's forever. It made me feel sad though.
