Okay, I've been wanting to revive the old Jackal Lockdown deck for a while as a "Billy Deck", and this is the fruit of my labor. It's nowhere near perfect, but I hope it's good enough for me to use. Before, I had Emissary from Pandemonium in this deck, to continue the hellhound theme, but I needed more discard power to make the loop work, so I got rid of it in favor of Helpoemer. Now, I know it might clash with The End of Anubis, but I don't expect to have End of Anubis out all that much. Any help on this would be much appreciated. 66.228.109.2 23:11, February 4, 2010 (UTC)

Maybe you'd like some copies of Treeborn Frog or Level Eater? Also, try getting another copy of Reckless Greed. Runer5h 23:22, February 4, 2010 (UTC)Runer5h
I've got plenty of tribute power without resorting to the Frog or Level Eater, and I don't want to rely too much on Reckless Greed, since the loss of those draw phases can really hurt the speed of this deck. 66.228.109.2 00:15, February 5, 2010 (UTC)

Wow, I really like it! ..Too bad Raiza would mess up the canine theme... and you probably know that gold sarcophagus is better than diff dimension capsule in nearly every way except the price... I really don't know what to suggest except that you make sure you have a counter for Dark World, etc. Good job! I really can't think of anything else to add..--SantaOrc26 23:30, February 4, 2010 (UTC)

That's why I put in Different Dimension Capsule. And The End of Anubis pretty much squashes any Dark World decks, as it negates card effects that activate when sent to the graveyard or are in the graveyard, and that's when Dark World monsters get their effects. 66.228.109.2 00:15, February 5, 2010 (UTC)

Edited this deck again, this time removing Helpoemer for Emissary from Pandemonium (again), bumping Airbellum and Uruz to 3, and replacing the Secret of the Bandit with Star Blast, as well as adding in 3 Urbellums and a couple XX-Saber Gottoms. I was thinking of adding a couple of Graveyard Seals, but this deck's already pushing 50 cards, and I don't want to go over that, if I can help it. It's not pretty, and I kinda wish there were other Synchros I could use in this deck (I can't believe I just said that), but there you go. 66.228.109.2 19:37, February 19, 2010 (UTC)

New Deck Edit

Okay, so I got rid of an Airbellum and Uruz in favor for 2 Helpoemers (yeah, I know, I keep flip-flopping on them), and replaced Trap Dustshoot and the two Reckless Greeds with three Good Goblin Housekeepings, since their effect won't be negated by The End of Anubis, and I can dump them for Limit Impulse's effect. I'm really contemplating elimitating the Synchros, since I'm going to have a bit of a hard time getting them out with the sporadicness of the card levels, in my deck, compared to the levels of my Tuners (especially Emissary from Pandemonium), but eh *shrugs*. Hopefully, this will be enough to do well, I'll have to playtest it. Let me know if there's any theme-related changes I could make to make this better (and by theme-related, I don't mean tournament staples or strategies). 66.228.109.2 17:24, March 11, 2010 (UTC)

Have you considered some of the Anubis-esque sell/traps, like Curse of Anubis (card) or Judgment of Anubis? judgment is meh, but curse is kinda cool.--Helix-king 18:16, April 24, 2010 (UTC)

I have considered them, and until I'm able to get some Dark Bribes I've got Judgment in my deck, but to be perfectly honest, they don't seem to flow that well with my deck; Judgment is a little too situational for me (how often will I encounter Spell cards specifically designed to destroy spell/trap cards?), and Curse would negatively affect my monsters as much as the opponent's, and really should be used in a Normal deck. I may side deck them, but as is, they don't really do much to help my deck, aside from being theme-related. 66.228.109.2 19:09, April 24, 2010 (UTC)

New Deck Edit 2

Ditched the Good Goblin Housekeepings and Mefists for Drastic Drop Off and Curse of Anubis. I've more or less got enough draw power in this deck, as it is (I might replace Into the Void with Pot of Greederosity), I need better discarding effects, and frankly, Mefist just tipped the scales of the Tribute monsters in this deck a little too far for my tastes. Hopefully, this'll be the LAST edit I make to this deck, for a while at least. 66.228.109.2 20:33, May 19, 2010 (UTC)

Have you tried adding more violence (Prison, bottomless, book, etc)?
