i had an argue with my friend about ladd's effect....if my opponent has LADD and i normal summon Blackwing-sirocco without tributing will Ladd negate its effect? - On Talk Pages and Forum Pages, be sure to sign your posts. You can do that by adding four tildes (~~~~) to the end of your post and it will automatically create a signature for you when you click 'Publish'.
- A Summoning Condition is not an effect.
- It does not activate, so Light and Darkness Dragon couldn't negate it anyways.

i knew it xD oo and something else what about vayu? i have vayu and sirocco in my grave..abd my opponent LADD..what happes than? does the effect of vayu to remove is cost or not?
