If my Opponent has a face up "Light and Darkness Dragon" and I have a face up "Black Whirlwind", then I summon Blackwing Blizzard.

- Light and Darkness Dragon must be chained directly the the effect he wants to negate, otherwise the effect will not be negated.
- So, if you want your Blackwing - Blizzard the Far North's effect to not be negated just place it on chain link 1 and the effect of Black Whirlwind on chain link 2.
