So, I'm looking to put together a deck using Skill Drain and Macro//Fissure. My question, is does Skill Drain negate the effects of D.D. Scout and Survivor?
- No. Those effects are triggered when the cards are banished, and activate in the End Phase when they're out of play. They'll come back.
