Would one be able to activate Magical Hats, and use it to summon any one of the Spirit Messages? Their card text states that they can only be placed on the field by the effect of Destiny Board, so I wasn't sure. Same thing applies to The Second Sarcophagus and The Third Sarcophagus. Can anyone clear this up for me?

Just as the cards say, they cannot be placed on the field other than through the specified way, so I'd say you can't use them with Magical Hats. DexxIsBack (talk • contribs) 19:49, December 5, 2013 (UTC)
