1. If i use summoner of illusion effect to target blue eyes maiden do i get her effect and illusions effect, does maiden have to be on the field to resolve.
2. If i special a blue eyes ultimate dragon with summoners effect then synchro into azure eyes will azure be able to stop summoner of illusions lingering effect that destroys the monster at the end phase.
Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon is Level 12. You wouldn't be able to Synchro Summon Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon, which is Level 9.--MasterMarik (talk • contribs) 16:35, September 26, 2013 (UTC)

Can look impossible to Synchro Summon a monster using cards like Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, but it's not. Use cards like Falling Current to choose a level among 1-3 and so, it will be usable as Synchro Summon--Theundeadlord (talk • contribs) 18:50, September 26, 2013 (UTC)

I believe the user's intended scenario is where if he Special Summoned Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon via Summoner of Illusions, but Synchro Summoned Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon using other monsters at his disposal, instead of BEUD. He's wondering whether Summoner's effect will still destroy BEUD or if AESD will prevent that destruction.
