If I use Samsara Kaiser to tribute summon Mobius the Frost Monarch, will the Monarch's effect miss the timing since Samsara Kaiser's effect will activate, or does it accumulate a chain wherein the Monarch's effect will activate too? thx (^^) --SilentHero26 11:16, December 23, 2009 (UTC)
