so i rigged this up recently and am wondering what i can do to improve it. for the most part it's a well rounded deck, and has served me well. but i know there is more that i can do with it. any advice would be appreciated, but keep in mind that i'm working on a tight budget...

Try that, all the new cards are either duplicates of what you have, or are common/normal rare at most.
