Strategy: Fuse constantly. That's pretty much it. Tyrant's Temper bypasses Chain Material's End Phase destruction, which keeps your Fusions alive and able to attack without fear of Traps. On paper, it looks like you can reliably pull out a Rainbow Neos with little to no problem, and through Chain Material and Tyrant's Temper, you can bring out a second one. Provided they both live through your opponent's turn, you can pull off a possible OTK the next turn.
