Anyone knows if Promo cards are tournament legal? Pjblu 15:31, 23 June 2008 (UTC)

- Yup, they're legal.. Unless they state This card cannot be used in a Duel in the bottom corner (like "The Winged Dragon of Ra") and aren't Forbidden. -- Deltaneos (talk) 15:53, 23 June 2008 (UTC)
