Psyframe effects can be neagted by cards like forbidden chalice due to resloving on field.

For the Psyframe gears, you cannot. They may resolve on the field, but they activate in the hand. In order to stop an effect from resolving with effect, you have to respond to it before it can resolve. Forbidden Chalice can only target face-up cards on the field. When Psyframe Gears first activate their effects, they're in the hand. Forbidden Chalice has no target at that time. Aeron Solo wuz here (If you wanna talk) 15:06, September 16, 2015 (UTC)
