I need help with my Gemini Deck.

I'm attending a tournament soon, and wish for this deck to succeed.

I am currently running a 45 card deck.

I have formatted this deck for the new September 2010 banlist.

Edit: This is author, i have edited my deck, and it feels much better! However, i need help with cutting my deck from 42 cards to 40.

I don't know that much about Geminis, but just looking at your spells and traps... I wouldn't run Seven Tools of the Bandit. It's obsolete now. Solemn (which you have) and Dark Bribe both serve as better alternatives. I would personally rather run two Mystical Space Typhoon over the Dust Tornado you have, namely because you can't activate Dust Tornado on the turn you set it. That can make all the difference in a close duel, believe me. Magic Cylinder is very iffy; a Mirror Force would be better. Mirror Force is being printed in the Structure Deck Marik, which comes out soon. Scrap-Iron Scarecrow is also an iffy card. Sure, it blocks an attack, but...well, at least take one out. Since Gemini monsters have a lot of Equip Spells to help them out, you might want to throw a Power Tool Dragon in there to search them out, and maybe throw in some more Equip Spells to help out. United We Stand is going to rock in this format, so I would recommend one of those.

Author: a mirror force, mst, and dark bribe would be much better. i do have the 2 mst, but finding dark bribes and a mirror force is hard. i did recently pull a pot of duality which i will be added into this deck. United We Stand is a beast of a card, and i will try to get my hands on it soon. I know the starter deck comes soon, but the tournament will be at September 11.

I run a gemini deck also, but its pretty different from yours; you can check it out if you click on my name to get some ideas of other cards to add. Also, check out the spellcasters deck that came out not too long ago; it has a bunch of cards in it that will add spellcounters to "Dark Valkyria" and "Crusader of Endymion". Cool check out my deck. I can tell you which card you should take, Gorz definitly doesn't suit there, Crusader of Endymion and Dark Valkyria have synergy, but they have no synergy with any of the other monsters OR the support cards, take those out TRUST ME, You could add Dawn Break Gardna that can reach 2300 DEF easily here, you may think on Warrior Lady of the Wastelands or at least Sangan, since your running Knight of Red Lotus which is great there, you could add Vannilla Tuners (Tuned Warrior, Genex Controller, Flamvell Guard) Which work with Chevalier if he was Equiped with Supervise or Knight of Red Lotus since he is a general Vannila Supporter, not only Gemini, Flamvell Guard is definitly good for that Deck, he have a good 2000 Def, can be revived by many of your cards and grants acces to hard Level combination Synchros easier, now the debate could be about putting either Tuned Warrior or Genex Controller, Genex Controller Grant you acces to all the Genex Synchros, while Tuned Warrior have synergy with the Warrior Support you should add there, also, if you are using Chevalier, you could(and should) add 3 copies of Sword of Deep-Seated and Power Tool Dragon which are quite the destructor Combo

Author: My crusader and dark valkyria have synergy with the gemini spark, supervise combos, and especially when special summoned with gemini soldier. Dawn Break Gardna does not really work well with the deck, as this deck is more like a fast beatdown deck,not defensive, revolving around Gemini Soldier and Knight of the Red Lotus special summoning. With this, i can easily tune 8 stars, and find that first turn black rose, with marauding captain and tuned magician, with tuned magician equipped with supervise is quite deadly. I do see that Gorz does not belong, i only put him in for the anti otks, so he should be a sideboard card. I see the combo with sword of deep-seated, and powertool dragon, but this would halt my attempts at getting new cards and would only cycle the same equip card, only getting draw from my sparks, and though evocator's ability does see to kill 1 card on the field, i find him more of a beatstick, and that especially when equipped with supervise, is a plus card, leading to not only killing a card, but also bring back a fallen gemini.

add an exodius to your gemini deck. in the graveyard they count as normal monsters so they power him up, add he helps recycle your monsters. other then that hes easy to get out.

k, so i have made a few more adjustments to the gemini deck I realized that 3 gemini soliders are overkill, so i cut down to two oh, and i got my hands on caius and thunder king rai-ohs which is pretty rape now running 44 cards though
