Swap some cards
Prime Material Dragon seems a little pointless to me if you're running Inferno Fire Blast and Stamping Destruction. Maybe an alternative level 5/6. I quite like Tiger Dragon, but it is more a tribute summon card, whereas your deck focuses on special summons.
Also, you might consider decoy dragon instead of Krebons, but it really depends on what cards are available to you.
You could swap Swing of Memories for Soul Revival - that would keep your creature on the field and increase the speed (most of your cards are speed 1, not much counter opportunity until your turn).
I might even recommend a Torrential Tribute if you have one - always good to use when your opponent summons a bigger monster :-D
You haven't listed your fusion monsters, so a bit hard to tell. I suspect you might have a synchro (Krebons is a tuner I think).
Include 2-3 copies of Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, it is a necessity for any dragon deck. Your balance of high-level to low-level monsters needs some tweaking. There also seems to be a focus problem, are you trying to get out Red Eyes Darkness, or to have a Dark deck, or to get out F.G.D. (which is what I assume The Dark - Hex-Sealed Fusion is for). Take out The Dark Creator and replace it with Dark Armed Dragon if you're intent on using the Dark portion of the deck, and DAD is a dragon, meaning better synergy with REDD. You may, in that case, want to go for a more TeleDAD oriented deck, synchroing Krebons with Wyvern to get out Goyo Guardian quickly, then special summoning REBD, REDD, or REDMD from your deck. Since Dragons have high attack and need to be protected from effects, either keep Prime Material in there or take it out and replace it with Divine Dragon Ragnarok, then fuse it with Hex-Sealed to get out King Dragun.
