Good day,
1) Can Koa'ki Meiru Sandman negate counter traps.
2) Can King Tiger Wanghu destroy (but not negate, of course) Battle Fader.
3) Field: King Tiger Wanghu & Burden of the Mighty, Foe summons Snipe Hunter. Can they Priority it?
(NOTE: I know they can't for Exiled Force/Lonefire Blossom due to this:
"If "King Tiger Wanghu" is on the field, and "Exiled Force" is Summoned, "King Tiger Wanghu"'s effect immediately activates. Since "Exiled Force" cannot be chained, "King Tiger Wanghu" will destroy "Exiled Force" before the turn player can Tribute "Exiled Force" using its effect.[1]"
but I'm less sure about ones which don't tribute self)

1) of course not. As all other quick effects his one is spell speed 2, counter is 3.
2) yes.
3) it should be the same for other effects. Tributing or not makes no difference for the timing of activation. -dest- 11:44, May 9, 2010 (UTC)
