Questions:

1. Does Guard Counter work if there is no Card Guard the field(like Venom Counters)?

2. What will happen if a equip card equipped to a monster is guarded by a Guard Counter and the monster is destroyed, will the equip card then stay?

3. Is it possible to special summon Card Guard every turn, by either using The Dark Creator to throw D.D. Scout Plane out of play and then special summonCard Guard and then tribute them both with Shadowpriestess of Ohm next round and then start over again, or using Doom Shaman with Shadowpriestess of Ohm?

4. Is there other ways to keep special summoning Card Guard and using its effect every turn?

5. Is it possible for Phantom of Chaos to use the effect of a monster which haven´t been summoned probably? (like a Sky Scourge Norleras send to the graveyard by Painful Choice)

6. Since Phantom of Chaos reduce battle damage to 0, will it then be able to use Yamata Dragon´s second effect?

7. Is it possible to use Destiny Hero - Dasher´s summoning effect on a monster drawn out by Yamata Dragon or Sky Scourge Norleras?

1) Right, it still works. It's kinda like "Magic Reflector".

2) The Equip Card remains equipped. The monster isn't destroyed or removed from the field or anything, so there's no reason for the Equip Card to be destroyed.

3) Those should are legal.

4) No clue, sorry.

5) Yes, that's legal.

6) No. You have to inflict at least one point of Battle Damage to have the effect of "Yamata Dragon" activate. It's similar to "Airknight Parshath":

If the opponent activates "Waboku" or "Kuriboh" to reduce the Battle Damage to 0, you do not draw.

7) "Destiny Hero - Dasher"'s effect only works during the Draw Phase. Neither of those draw cards during the Draw Phase.
