Player A controls a High Priestess of Prophecy and a face-down Spellbook of Wisdom. Player B controls 2 Fiendish Chain face-down.

High Priestess of Prophecy attacks Player B directly.

Player B activates Fiendish Chain and targets High Priestess of Prophecy.

Player A chains Spellbook of Wisdom, selecting Traps Cards

Player B activates the second Fiendish Chain on High Priestess of Prophecy.

Chain Resolution.

Would High Priestess of Prophecy be saved by Spellbook of Wisdom from both Fiendish Chains or would the second Fiendish Chain go through and seal High Priestess from her effects and attacks.

Wisdom can dull all Spell OR Trap Cards that target single Spellcaster monster. Then after that, if those target cards are continuous, they can reapply and lock down the target monster once Wisdom wear off. It's not like "Call of the Haunted" since it's only summon a monster then remains there forever if the target monster got immune to it. --iFredCat 04:00, May 8, 2013 (UTC)

So both Fiendish Chains in the scenario would not affect the High Priestess for that turn, regardless of Fiendish Chain being activated in Chain 3? 98.119.189.57 (talk) 04:07, May 8, 2013 (UTC)

Only as long as Wisdom is in the effect; then yes. But after that turn, High Priestess will get trapping and tie up until you find Heavy Storm and blow them off. --iFredCat 04:14, May 8, 2013 (UTC)
So to be clear, the attack from Priestess would be successful? DexxIsBack (talkcontribs) 22:37, May 12, 2013 (UTC)
For that turn, yes. --iFredCat 22:40, May 12, 2013 (UTC)
