Stardust_Dragon/Buster effect is pretty good. Although there some ways of stopping it, (destruction + removal from graveyard or negating the summon), I believe that 90 % of the duels a player gets it on the field, he's gonna win, and it's not that hard to get.
I think I'd like to see it limited, but this is because it might end up being a dead draw due to Assault_Mode_Activate condition, (the buster version can only be special summoned from deck), if it could also special summon from hand or graveyard I think it should be banned.
What do you think?
