Friend attacks my Ally of Justice Catastor with his Stardust Dragon then activates Stardust's effect, i then activate My Body as a Shield, he says my body doesn't negate Stardusts effect what happens? Doesn't My Body stop Stardust's effect? Yosoyeltupapi 13:45 April 9, 2010 (UTC)
Your friend is wrong. Since Stardust negates and destroys the offending monster, My Body can be activated. I'm not sure however, if the effect of Stardust could then chian to that though, since My Body destroys as well. 24.34.229.209 20:25, April 9, 2010 (UTC)

- Like Light and Darkness Dragon's effect, once you play multiple cards and LaDD tried to stop them, he only can stop the first one alone. --FredCat100 20:44, April 9, 2010 (UTC)
- Actually, that isn't possible. "Ally of Justice Catastor" destroys the monster during the Damage Step, so "Stardust Dragon"'s effect occurs in the Damage Step. "My Body as a Shield" can't be activated in the Damage Step.
- If you replace "Ally of Justice Catastor" with "Dark Armed Dragon", then "My Body as a Shield" can still be Chained since the effect of "Stardust Dragon" is destroying a card on the field ("Dark Armed Dragon"). "Stardust Dragon" won't be Special Summoned during the End Phase, since it didn't negate anything ("Stardust Dragon" can only be Special Summoned if it negated something).
