Forum:Starting a Fiend deck

Hi Wikia and fellow users :)

I started playing Yu-Gi-Oh! like 5 years ago, and i'm still using the same deck as i used back then... (well, there have been a couple of changes, but it sucks pretty badly)

I want to build a fiend type deck, because i like the darkness of these monsters. Also, they're really power full. But there is a problem, i don't know which booster packs i have to buy, to pull nice fiend monsters... I think the Dark Necrofear Deck suites me best, but i don't really like to rely on 1 monster.

So, i wanted to ask what packs i should buy. Or is it a good idea to buy a booster box of a certain series ?

If you're looking for DARK support to help with Fiends, start with Phantom Darkness. --Akiza Izayoi 13:04, December 23, 2009 (UTC)

If you are going to use dark attribute monsters (many of the fiends actualy are dark) use Allure of Darkness to drawing power Akasuna no haru 07:18, December 24, 2009 (UTC)

If you end up using lots of darks then the dark creator is a good card :)

I just ordered a Phantom Darkness and Tactical Evolution booster box (the Phantom Darkness because it has lots of good dark cards and support, and the Tactical Evolution because it was so cheap) So now i'm waiting for that to arrive and then i can start a complete deck-makeover
