Forum:Stygian Sergeants - How many attacks?

Can Stygian Sergeants use its effect multiple times each turn, effectively allowing you to clear your opponent's field? Runer5h 03:59, February 11, 2010 (UTC)Runer5h

• I assume you can because there are no restrictions that say it can only be used once per turn. Also on the tips section of the card it says that it can be used with Nightmare Archfiends for an OTK. 71.198.110.88 05:03, February 11, 2010 (UTC)

This card, as well as Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning, Ruin, Queen of Oblivion, Lord British Space Fighter ALL say "and it can attack once again in a row."

Those 3 have been ruled so that it can only attack twice at most per turn, so I'm assuming it's the same for that card. Falzar FZ 05:20, February 11, 2010 (UTC)

but if it attacked for the 2nd time and destroyed another monster then it's effect is activated again so multiple attacks would work

"...it can gain 800 ATK (until the end of the Battle Phase) and attack once again in a row." Read the bold, foolish - it's ONCE AGAIN, which only ONCE, like all other posted cards Falzar mentioned so your theory is void. --FredCat 22:39, March 14, 2012 (UTC)
