Hey everyone with the new format having just begun, I was wondering what cards you were all planning on putting in your side decks/teching in the main deck to deal with problem cards. I hear a lot of talk about smashing ground and other cards to stop opponents big monsters. Im thinking about trying out Trap Hole but im not sure about how to deal with the graveyard focus. I think Ally of Justice Cycle Reader or Burial from a Different Dimension will be very good this format.

What are everyones thoughts?148.100.191.128 (talk) 01:19, September 3, 2011 (UTC)

Since everyone is going to be using Chaos this format. (Don't lie, you know this is true.) Then all you have to do is use a Macros deck to counter it, since cards never hit the graveyard, no worries on Black Luster Envoy or Chaos Sorcerer. But beware, because they're prepared for those DD grave cards, with breaker and lyla lightsworn sorcerer, so you'll probably need divine wraths. BUt with this, you'll also need draw power. So consider these tips probably, you might get better results than I have in the past 2 minutes thinking about this. 24.1.142.204 (talk) 02:19, September 3, 2011 (UTC)

I'm moving from unchainables (like Dimensional Prison and 7 Tools) to similar, chainable versions (Compulsory Evacuation Device and Dust Tornado) in order to compensate for the 3 MST and Heavy format. Lappyzard (talkcontribs) 22:46, September 6, 2011 (UTC)

"Starlight Road", and also "Compulsory Evacuation Device" like Lappyzard said. Since people will be hanging onto more Traps, "Trap Dustshoot". Without "Fishborg", 2 PoA and 2 "Formula", I think FrogNarchs will use "Fader" more.

Frognarch always used 3 Fader, But yeah, Koa'ki Meiru Beetle, Koa'ki Meiru Drago, Doomcaliber Knight, Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer will be used alot more often in decks that can run them,

Beetle is an "eh" card. Threatening Roar isn't all that bad anymore. BF2 Talk Deck Guides 12:44, September 7, 2011 (UTC)
