My thoughts? geez that looks supiciously similar to my dragon deck way back when i didn't understand the simple concept of balance.

Well I'm trying to make this deck work at the 60 card limit rather than 40, hence why I have 55% monsters and what not. What would you recommend then? (Zenon2 (talk • contribs) 18:32, November 11, 2014 (UTC))

Cleaned it up a bit. Also even if it is a 60 card build, this deck looks like it was made back in the early days of the game, with poor balance and flawed design. Also Lightning is banned in Advanced Format, so I'm assuming this is a Traditional Format deck. A lot of your cards are very limited in their use or completely unnecessary, so I'd take them out.

Example 1: Cards of Consonance - You have two cards you can use that with, making it a dead draw more often than not.

Example 2: White-Horned Dragon - You have Blue-Eyes, why would you need this card?

Example 3: Yellow Luster Shield - This is very clearly a Beatdown-style deck. Why waste a slot with a card that boosts defense?

Ok that makes sense, essentially remove the cards that are limited in their effects to minmize a dead draw is what your saying? I agree about 2 of those cards and I'll probs remove them, but White-horned dragon has a good effect and is potentially very strong attack wise. Genuinely if there's anything else you can recommend I'm happy to take the advice, just wanna make a great Dragon beat-down deck. Oh and btw I originally planned to include King Dragun and Queen Dragun Djinn but I'm finding those cards hard to get a hold of. Zenon2 (talk • contribs) 20:23, November 11, 2014 (UTC)
