My Deck #1

  • Heh, try "Ticking Clocks" for this deck name. Since your aim is to find Final Countdown and wait out its 20 turns, you don't need destruction, just stall, stall and stall. 3x Threatening Roar and 3x Waboku are good for this cause, and an extra Final Countdown and Nightmare Steelcage aren't bad either. Take out anything that doesn't stall and put in things that do. Cards like Gellenduo and The Unhappy Maiden do help the cause. You might want to add Solemn Wishes in as well, as burn can get you pretty hard. --Gadjiltron 14:48, 27 June 2008 (UTC)

My Deck #2

  • So this is a LV Deck. It'd be best if you stick to only one "class" of LV monsters (been playing too many RPGs, lol), so you've got to choose between Armed Dragon, Horus, Silent Magician, Mystic Swordsman, or Ultimate Insect.
  • For Horus Decks, you'll want to put in plenty of Tribute fodder for LV6 so he can grow up quickly, and since LV8 shuts down spells, you'd want to add in Royal Decree or Jinzo to shut down traps too. Add in ATK/DEF modifiers too so that your dragons can kill stronger monsters.
  • For Armed Dragon Decks, add in plenty of Dragon searchers. Flying Kamakiri #1 and Masked Dragon both search for LV3 and so he levels up immediately after. Also include some high-powered monsters so that your Armed Dragons can shoot out more monsters.
  • For Silent Magician, try using as many cards that involve getting your opponent to draw. Things like Dark World Dealings and Hand Destruction come to mind, along with Morphing Jar. These will spit out plenty of counters on LV4 so she can jump to LV8 in no time.
  • For Mystic Swordsman, throw in cards that flip your opponent's cards face-down, and also some ATK/DEF modifiers to take your opponent by surprise when they do attack your Swordsman. As Swordsman's effect doesn't count as destroying a monster by battle, the only way to level him up to 6 is to kill a face-up monster. Also add Marauding Captain so that you won't be restricted by his "Set only" rule.
  • For Ultimate Insect, once again, use Flying Kamakiri and Howling Insect to quickly bring out LV3, and from then on you can proceed to LV5 and 7 with relative ease if you protect them.
  • I hope these pointers help in deciding which path you want to take. --Gadjiltron 15:01, 27 June 2008 (UTC)

I miss spelled Deck

We'll all be glad to help you, but please specify which decks you need help on, and which you need names for. Also include a general idea of how each deck you need help on works, so that we'll be able to give proper advice. Last, remember to sign your posts with 4 tildes (~) - that automatically generates a signature for you. Darth Covah 14:48, 25 June 2008 (UTC) (note: you also misspelled "misspell" :-S)
