I have just noticed the topic in GameFAQs that talk about "Tuningware" cannot activate it effect to turn into level 2 if it was revive or was just on the field via Junk Synchron/Skill Drain. Is that true or was I just imagined it?

Yes it is indeed actually true, for the change in level occurs while the monster is on the field, and not sent to the graveyard. So with Junk Synchron you could only synchro summon into a level 4 synchro monster. I believe this is in the rulings on yugioh-card.com.

- Just like Road Synchron's ruling allow you treated it as a Level 4 Tuner even if you Synchro Summon a monster other than “Road Warrior.” if Skill Drain is face-up.--Lê (talk • contribs) 13:38, April 21, 2011 (UTC)
